I hope I can motivate others as much as they motivate me



  • This is my first post and first day here.

    My name is Michelle and I'm a SAHM of two in Boulder, Colorado. I've been doing boot camp (6:10 to 7:20 am workout MWF) since the end of March, and I've dropped 10 pounds and a dress size doing that. Now I want to add calorie counting into the mix.

    My goal is 1400 calories a day, working out 6 to 7 days a week. I already do the latter, so just really have to watch my afternoon snack doesn't turn into an afternoon binge. I also need to remove my daily chardonnay happy hours whilst cooking. If I can just master those two issues, I really have a pretty easy time sticking to 1400.

    This morning I weighed in at 154.6, and I'm 5'3'' -- my goal is 120.

    OK, here we go!
