You may want to check out the 30-somethings. Under Diet Central, in the General Diet Plans area there should be some posts about MRC as well.

What part of Texas do you live in? I lived in East Texas for about 4 years. It's pretty warm down there!

I live in west Tx. Are you on MRC? I started my pre conditioning today. Any helpful tips?
