    you're in fantastic shape now Shel ....that side angle, and I am not messing you about here, it's better shape than a lot of girls who are modelling

    I cudnt believe it....
    i compared a pic i took yesterday to a pic from boxing day last year....
    OMG!....
    i was nearly sick!....
    worst part is I was breathing in with that before pic....
    and i actually thought i looked ok....
