I have been with bf for 5 and a half years....
yet we have never been allowed to spend christmas day or boxing day together....
my parents have said its just for immediate family....
and not allowed entry to any one else other than immediate family....
this has been so upsetting the last few years....
i mentioned it to them last nite....
n this year they have said he is allowed to stay if he wants too....
:O its going to make my christmas....
im so happy and excited.... ....
just had to share my happiness....
First off, congrats! I hope you two have a great christmas.
But if you want to get married, you should talk to him about it some time. It makes more sense to talk about it & come to a mutual decision (& get to know each other's thoughts & expectations for marriage in the meantime) rather than leaving it all up to one person.
Lol, I can't say I ever had that problem - for the reason that as soon as my BF (now, of 7 1/2 years) came into my life my parents basically threw me at him in hopes he would get me out of the house.
Just think of how special this Christmas is going to be for you!!!!???? I am stoked and throwing love your way!

That is something my dad did. When he first met Chris and Chris said he wants to get his JD and MBA to be in Corp. Law my dad was like, "Ok, right. She is all yours!!"
i got so happy i drank wine and binged on chocolate last nite....
got a feeling i will be a higher weight than 135 now....
double exercise today i think....
2 DVD workouts of 50 mins....
and 2 Turbo Jame 20 min workouts....
lets start to rectify my mistakes....
hopefully it will be my last binge of my weight loss....
my exercise is daily....
and religiously....
i do it as soon as i get in from work before tea....
and the 20 min one shortly after tea....
its not such a drain on the evening then....
gives me more motivation to be at goal maintaining at crimbo!....
