So, I was thinking about this today. The weight on my driver's license is WAY off. It's a total lie. And by the end of the year, I don't want to be lying so much.
So in the spirit of honesty, I just wanted to say that my DL says 180, I currently weigh about 225. So I'm getting closer!
LOL!!!!!! One time, when I was renewing my license, the man was asking me if everything was still the same and confirming each item... when he got to my weight, he said "what about your weight?" and I said, "its the same" very matter-of-factly, to which he replied, "no, we need your real weight"
!!!!!!!!!!!!
I very quickly said that it was my real weight, (I was only off by 10 pounds! It said 180 and I was 190 at the time).
What the heck?! Im sure they see bigger liars than me.
Now, its at 190 and I just made it to 199 a week or two ago. I cant wait to change it!
I live in Arkansas and they don't list weight on the DL. They updated the system with my info when I renewed and the clerk was either the nicest lady or blind, because she let me say my weight was still some ridiculously low number, like 150 or 175 (which is low compared to my present weight - 245)!
Hmm, I had to go look. It says 160; I was probably about 180 when I gave that number. I'm about 163 right now - I'm almost caught up! But that also means that soon it will be too high
I think mine says 120....but I've had it since Jan of 2006. Here's hoping that weight will have a bit more truth to it when it comes time to renue it (I want to replace it so I can get a new picture too) in December.
For the longest time, mine was at 127--my college weight! Finally about 8 years ago, I changed it to 145, probably when I was about 160. Until I moved out to CA, then I changed it to 155--lol! I was probably 225!
This is a funny thread. I always lived in TX where they didn't have weight on your license. I moved to CA three years ago and was very offended that my weight would be on my license. I lied and said 150 (I was probably 170) and promptly covered my weight with my little "donor" sticker so no one could see it. I was so excited when I realized that I now actually weigh LESS than my drivers license says. It was a big NSV for me. I bet not too many people can say that!!
I've only lied about 5 lbs... claiming I weighed 115 instead of 120. However, my weight did creep up to 140 lbs during that license. When I renewed I didn't change the weight of 115 lbs when I was probably close to 125 lbs... but, now I weigh between 114 and 116... so, at the moment I'm not lying. lol.
Mine says 275 and I'm 210. When I got it renewed (and I went in and had my picture taken) I was probably around 330+. When I go to clubs they cant believe it. =]
While they don't put weight on the NY license, I'll need to change the pic after a certain weight because I won't look anything like my photo, heck, I don't now! I just looked at my photo and was all puffy due to the sodium! :P
Interestingly, I looked at my old military dependant ID from 2000---it also says 160 but I can't recall if that was a self-reported weight or if I actually weighed in to report that weight.
At any rate, I am less than my perceived "ideal" weight of 160. It is a good feeling!
