I used to check in about a year ago, then our center closed and work became a rude interruption of my life. Anyway, havent' gained any weight back but still trying to lose the last 15lbs

If someone would be so kind to share the cookbook, it is greatly appreciated.

I also want to thank whoever suggested TOPS as an alternative - I'm going to look into this for some semblance of accountability.

I liked the dessert recipes that were on the board the other day. I didn't realize how boring I was. My dessert is like a graham square. It requires no work!!! haha I didn't realize what i was missing!
