Talking Back..
I have been gone from here for awhile. Alot has happen since then. My hubby and I both started to exercise and watch what we eat. I have gone from 195 to 156 pounds but I am more proud of my hubsand. He has gone from 300 pounds which was very unhealthy to 193 pounds, he has lost one supermodel is what I like to say and together we have lost one person. I am just glad he is healthier, more than he is skinnier. Anyway I will be try to keep up on here. Ciao....
