Is this the one with the bananas, hot dogs, eggs, tuna and vanilla ice cream? If so, my aunt has done it and yeay it will work and then you pretty much gain it all back. I would not reccommend it.

Okay...I looked up this diet. There is nothing magical about this diet at all. Frankly, it will work-because you are only eating about 1000-1100 calories a day.

1200 is about the lowest one should go per day without supervision of your doctor.

There is nothing about the specific food combination, either. Frankly, it isn't very healthy. ( There are much healthier options than eating saltine crackers, full fat ice cream, hot dogs, etc.) It also isn't very appetizing...I would barf if I had to eat tuna on saltines, or a full cup of cottage cheese for lunch.

This diet has been around FOREVER. Once I looked it up, I remember seeing it stuck to my grandmother's fridge when I was a kid.

I did this diet a couple of months ago, I did lose about 4 lbs...However it took TONS of will power, and I gained it all back within two weeks. Even though I ate healthy, I still gained it back.. I read the reviews, and still tried it. Just be forewarned, it is tough because the food is yucky and there is not much of it!
good Luck!
