Question about online carb counter

  • I was looking at the online carb counter, and I was viewing the pork section. Anyway, I was wonder what "sep lean & fat" means?

I am sorry if that's a silly question I just noticed after a lot of the food descriptions.
  • I'm sure that this has been answered somewhere else, but where is the online carb counter?
  • Try FitDay
I'm using www.fitday.com food log as my carb and calorie counter. You can set it up very easily with your 3FC stuff.
  • Hm...that is a good question. I don't even know myself! haha! Hopefully someone will be able to answer your question.

What online carb counter are you using? I'm currently using Fitday.com - I love this site! If you haven't already, you should check it out!
  • "Sep lean & fat"
This usually means that the lean and fat are separated - fat cut from the lean - like you trim a steak before cooking. It will make a difference if you're counting calories or protein grams, but not so much at all if you're counting carbs.
