I was looking at the online carb counter, and I was viewing the pork section. Anyway, I was wonder what "sep lean & fat" means?
I am sorry if that's a silly question I just noticed after a lot of the food descriptions.

I'm sure that this has been answered somewhere else, but where is the online carb counter?

Try FitDay
I'm using
www.fitday.com
food log as my carb and calorie counter. You can set it up very easily with your 3FC stuff.

"Sep lean & fat"
This usually means that the lean and fat are separated - fat cut from the lean - like you trim a steak before cooking. It will make a difference if you're counting calories or protein grams, but not so much at all if you're counting carbs.
