Hi Everyone.

What is the serving size for walnuts? I think I read on here somethere that one Tablespoon of chopped walnuts = a fat.

On Red, you get 6 halves for 1 Fat, but Nuts (not walnuts specifically) are also listed as a Meat in the Vegitarian section (Nuts (any variety), unsalted - 5 Tbsp = 1 Protein

I guess you get your choice where you want to put it.
