Hi all,
I hope this is the right forum.
I've been looking at the FitDay online site as well as the pc home version.
It looks really great... except... that I can't see if it measures a couple of important things like Fiber and Cholesterol.
Am I just missing this info? Can the site or the home version be modified to track these two things?
Also, does anyone know if you use the home version, can it be made public so that I could link to it from here?
Thanks so much.
Beth
The online site measures both Fiber and Cholesterol.
I don't think the PC versions can be made public...that's the main reason I just use the online one.

You'll never believe this, mandalinn82... but, I was just looking at your fit day... !!!! I didn't see the fiber and cholestoral there, I'll need to look again.
Love your veggies and that you even counted the sesame oil! Way to go!
Beth - the public view doesn't show it, but once you're logged in, you can see it for yourself:
Fiber shows up on the main FitDay Food Tab, under carbohydrates. To see Cholesterol, you have to do some work...set up a Custom Goal by clicking on the "Goals" link...you can set a range you'd like your cholesterol to fall in. Then just go to "Reports" and "Am I meeting my Custom Nutrition Goals" - you'll see your value there, and you can get it for today, past week, past month, etc.
I have a BUNCH of Custom Goals set up, so I can see how well I'm doing on the things most important to me (for me, that's Protein, Fiber, Calcium, Iron, Calories, and Fat) over time.
Yikes.
Okay. I must be seriously missing it. mandalinn82, I just looked at your FitDay again and I just don't see Fiber and Cholesterol. Maybe that part's not public?
