  • Finally - after a month - my body let go of another pound. I am moving slow...but, in the right direction.
  • I just saw a 5 pound weight loss on the scale which brought me to 198. I could just cry becuase my first big goal for myself was to see onederland again and I am there! I really feel like I can succeed at this journey now!
  • weighed in monday morning at 223.4 down 1.6 from the prev week.
  • Weighed in Monday at 250, down 4 lbs from last week. I'm really excited about how this weight loss keeps going.
  • I'm down 1.8 this week.

  • Weighed in today and I officially lost my first mini goal of 10 pounds! I am so happy!

  • I have not posted a weekly weight loss lately, just because life has been so crazy! I don't remember what I was the last time I weighed in (I think it was around 14lbs)....all I know is I am down 17lbs since the middle of May. And with all the stress and garbage going on in my life right now, I am very happy!
  • I'm down 1 more pound this past week, which I really hoped for because I've now lost 15 lbs since May 29th when I started

    im new here but im down 15 pounds from where i started out.
    scale is at 265 down from 280
  • I started a new plan, and I am down 1 pound this week. I am actually quite thrilled, because it's mainly exercise and they said you might actually GAIN weight, and possibly not lose for the full 12 weeks. So yah, woohoo!!
