Hi! I知 new to the boards. I live in Ontario, Canada and I'm 35 years old.

I would like to lose 50ish pounds. I won稚 go into all the reasons why because everyone who reads this post already knows and understands all that. Basically, I really hope to improve my health, feel better and of course look better too.

Hello Leelily,

I am also new to the boards. I live just north of Toronto. I thought I would try signing up at 3FC b/c I have been wanting to lose weight, but my motivation is lacking. Perhaps, this board may assist. Another push to lose weight is my upcoming wedding. It is still over a year from now, but it will be here in no time. I would like to lose 30 lbs. WELCOME!
