I just heard on the news that a Napa Valley judge ruled that these are illegal to sell in California because of fraud reasons. I'll see if i can find an article to link to...

I heard someone on the radio who said that if one were to turn up the intensity of the unit to the point where it would actually do something, well, let's just say that that person would not need the unit any more. The word "toast" comes to mind.

Guess I'll pass on this latest craze!!!

Also, my physical therapist told me that they use electronic stimulation for people with paralysis, but not to increas muscle tone- there have been no credible scientific studies that show they improve muscle tone.

I'll skip that one too.
