Default Ahh!

I'm at home between shifts and I just made some lunch, Weight Watchers Pasta Marinara which I added Tofu noodles because I felt like it alone wouldn't be filling at all. My problem is, I'm not hungry.. but I'm not satisfied! I want to keep eating and its driving me crazy trying to stay in-control!

Any suggestions how to preoccupy myself before I fall off the wagon?

Thanks!

Get out of the house. Go for a walk. Go some place that doesn't have any food. Take a nap.

I suggest to drink water with your meal, not before or after... Water has the habit of filling people up, and keeping them full without overeating. If you go for a walk, or have a nap before meals, you might be hungry when you wake up - Not the best option.
