I am not even going to drink beer. I will, however, drink a "proper" pint of Boddingtons - my favorite beer and then stick to my usual, bacardi and diet coke. I am going to pace myself when drinking and get one drink for every 2-3 glasses of water and/or plain diet coke when we do go out to the pubs.
My fiancee doesn't eat that much and do my goal is stay away from white bread, watch my portions on whole wheat and try to share his dishes when we go out and watch my drinking very closely. I do want to try fish and chips once and he said he would help me eat them so I don't eat the whole plate. Also I want to keep snacks with me and I will pack string cheese and special k 90 calories bars when we are out and about so when it comes to meal time I don't feel so hungry.
Other than that - his mom is on weight watchers so I plan to try and copy what she eats when we go out and at home.
My realistic goal is to "break even" while I am there no gain and no loss. But maybe with all the walking even loose a little.
This is going to be a huge challenge for me but I hope to have a great time and keep my weight where it is at for 10 days.
