I just found a thread that describes what a compulsive overeater does (by the way, answered yes to most of the questions there) its kind of pathetic, i feel horrible, but I think I understand what's been going on in my head. I cannot do this on my own. there, I said it.

Isn't it a bit of a relief to know that you are not the only person on the planet that does crazy behavior around food? Keep visiting and posting. There is so much knowledge and many many positive outcomes on 3FC. I started lurking in "98 and didn't "get it" till a little over a year ago- thank goodness I kept coming back! My life is immeasurably better in so many ways.
