I am starting this thread for anyone who'd like to do the Wii Fit (or, really, any game system) as their exercise program.
My plan is to do a minimum of 30 mins 5-6 days a week. I'm already doing 2-3 days a week, so I'll have to step it up a little, but I'm better at the programs now!!
My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of August. I'd like to lose more, but I'll be happy if I can meet that goal!
So, anyone who'd like to join in, please do!!! Please post your plans and goals and any tips that you may have!!!
That's awesome, okay so now I'm in like 4 different challenges, whatever keeps me going. I will have to make a goal of how many days I should do.

Okay, I'm in...I've already been using my wii fit for the last month. A challenge will be a nice way to keep me accountable. Should we log our activity daily?

Hello,
I too use my Wii Fit for the Yoga and Strength Training exercises about 3 days a week. I run on my elliptical doing the C25K program (I am finishing week 6 this week) 5+ days a week. I Hula Hoop (not the Wii except for fun) 3 days a week 20-30 minutes a each day. I try and for a Weight Lifting routine about 2-3 times a week.
I would love to commune with others doing the Wii Fit exercises and see how they are doing and if they like it, etc.
I have all the Yoga exercises, but still have not earned all the Strength Training exercises (I think I still have 5-6 still to earn).
6/23 - 40 Minutes Yoga / Strength Training
6/24 - 45 minutes Yoga / Strength Training
