Wii Fit Challenge - Starting 6/25
I am starting this thread for anyone who'd like to do the Wii Fit (or, really, any game system) as their exercise program.
My plan is to do a minimum of 30 mins 5-6 days a week. I'm already doing 2-3 days a week, so I'll have to step it up a little, but I'm better at the programs now!!
My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of August. I'd like to lose more, but I'll be happy if I can meet that goal!
So, anyone who'd like to join in, please do!!! Please post your plans and goals and any tips that you may have!!!
