Default I don't feel like eating anymore...

I'm at about 900 calories for the day, which means I have 400-600 left, but I just don't feel like eating anything. I also don't have much food in the house, so I'm having trouble finding something. I know if I leave, I will probably end up getting something with too many calories. Would it be really bad if I didn't eat anything else tonight?

I should add, I haven't done anything today. I slept a lot. It's been a down day.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Obviously, you shouldn't do this on a regular basis, but just like if you eat too much one day, eating too little in one day shouldn't have any major long term consequences (especially given the lack of activity today). In the future, try to keep healthy foods in the home so that you can avoid going out and getting something you'll regret, but you don't end up eventually slowing your metabolism.

thanks. I've been working on keeping healthy food around, but I haven't got groceries in a while, because I'm broke and I might be moving in a couple weeks, so I don't want to deal with a lot of food in the house.

If it on a daily basis then you should definitely up your calories. You dont need to eat more, just eat meals with more cals.
