  • It's time again (now that I have internet connection again) for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever yoru official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone.

    Me: 177.5, up a pound and a half from last week. Been having very strong urges to eat more than usual this week. Been sticking to healthy choices, but just simply eating too much of them. I think that part of my head is broken on this issue.
  • I was up three from ticker, but I think its some water weight I can kick off with more exercise, which I am doing, and maybe I'll see the 150's soon! I seem to have some big jumps, down 4, up 3.
  • No losses or gains for me. I stayed the same.

    I am down 2 lbs this week and have bumped up my exercise a little.

    Three weeks ago I had a couple of bad days, regained a few pounds, and then lost them the next week. After that, I held steady for a week.

    Now I'm under 230 lbs. Yippeee!
  • Down about 2lbs - back to where I was at my lowest. Yay!!!!!
  • I was 144.8 this morning, still up a couple of pounds from vacation last week. I'll get there. Good job, losers!
  • 128.0!! Down 0.8 lbs from last week! Finally broke that plateau with insane amounts of exercise.

  • I lost another 1.5 pounds. Since I started calorie cycling I've been losing exactly the same every week. I'll take it!

    I'm down 3lb from last saterday, i think this weekly weigh-in stuff is good for me!
  • 169, down one from last week. i am so glad to see the scale finally moving DOWN again. last week was my TOM and while i ended up at 170 at my weigh in, i was all the way up to 178 the middle of this week.

    I waighed myself today for the challenge
    and i am down 4 pounds scense i got
    my staple on Wednesday.
    For some reason that dont seem
    possible but thats what the scale said...WOW
    Its awsome i am thinking this staple is really working.

  • I've never weighed in here before but I'm weighing in at 153. I hope to be down two pounds by next week. Looks like everyone is doing great!
  • 161...which has been my ticker for awhile now but I was up to about 163.5 or so just a week back. I had a bad few days when my Dad was diagnosed with cancer...I thought I had learned new skills for coping...and I have...I just faltered for a few days and had to get back to using them. I am now and have lost a pd this week... I am back to doing the cardio that I know I need...along with the yoga and meditation that is essential...it means more time on me but you know what...I am worth it...and so are you!!!
