Just a quick hit today

W 80 oz
E extra laps round the plant. short sports, try to stay up and get in a workout
E1200 cals
D not to think about the scale

I'll have my official weekly weigh in Tomorrow since it is my day off and I will have had plenty of sleep.

Talking Coming alive in week 5!

Morning all,

I'm back in the saddle and ready to kick some butt this week. Weighed in. Got through the weekend only gaining a smidgen since friday (.2 lbs to be exact). Better than I thought it was gonna turn out. Still fired up from last night and ready to kick it into high gear!

I ordered the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD and Jillian Michaels Shred. Thought I had seen that a couple of you have them and figured I'd give 'em a try. Think I will do them in the mornings and save the cardio for gym in the evenings. Those of you that have any of the DVD's like them, right?

W- 64oz....
E- 3 miles on Tread and Elliptical combined, Arms
E- 1500 or less
D- Life expectancy would grow by leaps and bounds if green vegetables smelled as good as bacon. ~Doug Larson

Gonna go change my ticker and strategize against the fat cells! Will check back in a bit to see how everyone is doing.

Jlea- I am so living vicariously through you in my head. I can only imagine what my own apartment would have been like! How exciting. I skipped that whole piece of my life and went straight from high school graduation to parenthood to wifey land. Wouldn't trade it for the world, but still day dream about my own place with just me in it. Enjoy!

Hi ladies,
Not making any excuses...i ate too much yesterday and didn't get a workout in. We didn't even take the dog for a walk. I did use lean beef for the burgers, bought the veggies...as usual did ALL the dang work except start the fire. DH left out the leftovers. Just veggies, but he still didn't bother to do it. I'm going to have to call the agency between my eye dilation and work. Obviously he'll be too sleepy to do it today.

Usual weed I guess. I'll try to post again later.

Happy Monday!! Just a quick check-in. Down 1 pound from my last ticker - not huge, but better than nothing. Thank goodness we have another 6 weeks before the end of this challenge. Let's see ....... 2 pounds per week, and I'll make my goal. And I'll be down 100 lbs since I started last May. Quite the lofty goal, but I'm gonna buckle down and make it!!

WEED for the week:
W -4 bottles
E - 40 minutes on treadmill per day, add another walk at least 3 times this week
E - On plan all the way!!
D - Personal goal: stop using so many exclamation points!!!!!!!

Good Morning! Did another 5K on Sunday. Yep, been working my butt off, I wish. Since TOM is scheduled for tom. the scale will not budge. I am hoping for some progress once TOM moves on through. We are back to school from spring break, Yuck!! Break was crappy weather and it will probably be nice now that it's over.

Shari- Have fun with the apt. I'm with Nixmom, never had a place all to myself.

Nixmom- Let's go girl, it is our time.

Holy- That's how things are at my house all the time. I couldn't count on roomie for nothing. Sad but true.

Music- Great goals. I am rooting for you.

W- lots
E- video if my friend can workout, something else if she can't
E- under 1500
D- Just a few days and I will see a drop, right?

Heyya Monday WEED'ies . . . just wanna share some of nixmom's Post from late last nite in case you missed it:

"I look forward to kicking those two pounds butts for the final time this week. They wanna keep coming back for more, then they've got a fight. Gonna get my water, gonna prep my meals, gonna add pushups to my MMunches (we are adding pushups of some sort this week aren't we?) and going to post and Blog every day. Have put myself aside for a lot of other things these last couple weeks. I want me back in a bad way. Took me 2 weeks of the scale moving bassackwards to fire up. Glad it did though! So this week... OP on WEED and mentally. Just gotta get through my tacos. TOM can bite me!

To all you ladies who did the 5k challenge this weekend, nice work. I am truly proud of you and wish I would have found it, or payed better attention earlier. I probably should have done it myself! You ladies rock!

For all those shrinking by lbs or inches.... keep it up! I keep having this vision of all of us Weeders having losses reported for next week.

For us gainers, lets do this. My overall goal this week is to smoke through my WEED every day! Four hits a day W - E - E - D. No excuses. I loved the quote from Eny about getting run over if you just sit there. Whew, I am typing so fast my fingers are cramping and I am about to push the keys through the bottom of my lap top! Gonna get mine this week!!!!!"




I was so inspired reading this last nite, nmom - woke up with a better attitude & determination to really Make This Our WEEK! Tx!

Made it thru the 5k myself . . . despite the cold & spitting snow . . . NO WAY would I have ever even ventured outside w/o thinking of all the other 3fc members doing same!

Awesome feeling of accomplishment (& the achy "good sore" jcat!) . . . so much so, that I'm headed out to do it again right now!

Thanks for sharing the post - Aud - and I can only tell you and everyone in this thread that you ALL inspire me as well. I look forward to eating well and exercising to be able to report good stuff to ya all.

This crazy dancing carrot is the image I have planted in my head for this week. Plan to start all of my posts with it just a reminder that WE CAN ALL DO THIS!!!! Hope my carrot posting doesnt get annoying

I did share my goal of fitting into a couple other pairs of jeans by this time next month?

I will add 10 pushups to my 50 mmunches a day. Hoping i can get my daily cardio in too because i know it WILL burn the fat off my tooshy.

I'm awake and.........I lost! down 4 pounds this week! off to the gym tonight and I'm off til Wednesday night.

I'm late getting Robert but 1- I end up waiting in line forever anyways so it's not like he's sitting there crying for me, and 2-I needed a hit of motivation from my GIRLS! Love you all!!! THIS IS OUR WEEK! I mean it Let's go!

Ok i went out and got lunch. Got a roasted chicken piece with a caesar salad and some garlic bread. The chicken seemed very fatty and so I peeled as much skin off as possible and nibbled with a fork. I ate everything else though...the garlic bread's gonna get me today. But it's better than what i had originally.

Wow, I have goose bumps after reading these posts tonight. AWESOME!!!

Hit all my WEED today- a little over on cals but no biggie. Got my MMunchies in and Push-Ups.
