but now I just feel like a frump. I don't want to be like this anymore. I have been dieting for the past couple of weeks but I fell off the wagon in a big way last night and scoffed loads of chocolate. I made myself sick and afterwards I realised that I need to do something positive. I can't do this all on my own. So, is there anyone else who needs a supportive weight loss buddy?...
