I have half a dozen apples here I have to bake with soon. I've eaten a lot of apple sauce lately, but I don't want to make a pie and, although I love apple crisp, I don't have the oats, etc... Does anyone have another use for them? (Keeping in mind that I'm a student with limited kitchen gadets) I'm thinking of doing baked apples in the oven, like a crustless apple pie, but I'm not sure how that would work. Any suggestions?
