    HI I WAS JUST WONDERING IS N E 1 DOING THE FLAT BELLY DIET? I HEAR THAT IT IS BASED ON A 1600 CALORIE DIET AND BRAKING THAT UP INTO 4 MEALS EACH DAY AND ADDING A MUFA TO EACH MEAL. BUT DOES N E 1 KNOW IF THE FOOD HAS TO BE ORGANIC. DOES N E 1 HAVE THE REAL DETAILS OF THIS PLAN, RECIPES, ETC...

    Hi there . . . . . . . . . glad to see that someone already directed you to the Flat Belly Diet thread. You will find lots and lots of support around here . . . very friendly group . . . one tiny word of advice (not weightloss related) . . . lose the solid caps, people will think you are yelling at them
