need another targeted excercise - ankles
I have really thin ankles - they look nice, but they're really prone to injury because they're supporting my not-so-thin rest of me. I'm always twisting them or going over on them on uneven ground, or they're just plain sore. I'm finding that they're starting to get sore a lot lately, with me exercising on the elliptical and trying to dance, so I think I need to strengthen them more.
What specific exercises can I do to beef them up? It has to be something I can do at home. I have no stairs, but I do have hand held weights and a couple of 5 pound strap on leg weights.
