Talking New to 3FC

Hello all! My name is Heather and I am new to the forum. I am trying to lose 50 pounds. I have stuggled all my life with weight. I am sick of feelin so bad about myself. I want to do this for myself, so that I will feel better. If anyone has any advise please send it my way! God bless!

hi Heather -- welcome! Look around the site a bit, and you will find support and conversation about lots of kinds of eating plans (aka "diets") and exercise plans. What is *your* plan??

Heather.

We have much the same story. You can do it, just try out a few things and find out what works best. The weight will come off.
