low fat cottage cheese and unsweetened applesauce - looks hecka nasty...tastes
low carb toast (40 cals) with natural peanut butter and jelly (or half a banana)
protein pancakes (this makes 2) - 1/2 c each of egg whites (or eggbeaters), cottage cheese and oatmeal, blend till smooth with a capful of vanilla. I like these with applesauce and sugar free syrup.
Nonfat yogurt mixed with sugar free jam
French toast made with eggbeaters and splenda
Those are my winter staples (besides oatmeal - I like it with canned peaches and cinnamon and splenda). None of them take very long to prepare.
I've never tried Silk milk....but lately I've been into Almond milk. Makes great smoothies!!
