New ALL-BRAN Drink Mix-Ins are great!

  • I just found these at the grocery store yesterday....
Kellogg's ALL BRAN Fiber Drink Mix:

    20 caloires
10 GRAMS OF FIBER (40% of DV)

I tried the Pink Lemonade -- it tastes good!
They also have an Ice Tea flavor.

Just thought I'd pass this along. I'm always tryong to get more FIBER in my diet!

  • Thank you for the review - they were mentioned on the Hungry Girl site but hadn't been tried yet. Just wanted to point out that you can also just throw a spoonful of Benefiber into any liquid or food and it has NO flavor or grittiness. My son gets fiber in his hot chocolate, meatloaf etc
  • I want to try this! I also want to try the special K protein water. Protein always satisfies my hunger.
  • Sounds great, thanks! What area of the store do you find fiber mix-in's? Are they in with the other added to water mixes? Thanks!
  • Thanks for the information. I saw it advertised and was wondering what it tasted like. Think I'll give it a try.

I also never thought about putting Benefiber in things. Great idea. Thanks to you too.
  • Hey Cheree -- they are in the Nutrional section -- with the slim fast and the bars. I found them at Meijer and Kroger here in Ohio.

    Thanks Lola125!
  • Where can I find the All Bran Drink Mix
  • The iced tea is amazing! It tastes like the ice tea powder that you'd regularly mix with water in a pitcher. I was surprised that it was so good. The mix is right with the Benefiber and all that stuff, like protein bars and whatnot. I want to find the lemonade one now, I'm sure it's delicious. (:
  • Omg thanks for sharing, I can't wait to try this!
  • I have the All Bran Mix-ins on my shopping list. Benefiber also works for us because fiance and step son are very picky and I throw it in just about everthing...
  • I wonder how long it will take them to realize that the nutrition information on the label is wrong. There is no way for a product to have 12 grams of carbohydrate, and only 20 calories. With 4 calories per gram of carbohydrate, the minimum calories this product could have is 48. I assume someone though it was ok to "not count" the fiber calories, but as far as I know, USDA labeling requirements do not allow you to do that. Do they?

Still, love the product and will continue to use it.
