    Today is March 1st, hoping Spring gets here soon - seeing as we just got another 6 inches of snow last night

    Going to do Cardio Overdrive today.

  • Hi all! I did Hard Core Fusion today. I increased the weights on the medium ones, so the workout was a little tougher today. Made me sweat!

    Today will be Cardio Overdrive. I am liking that one more the more I do it. It sure is a workout!

    Yesterday I dusted off my Slim in 6 dvds for a changeup. I forgot how hard those work the legs! Good thing the Firm has a lot of squats, dips and lunges!
  • I'm adding cardio (treadmill) to the firm since I'm only doing the express versions. I'm too out of shape to do the full versions, but I will work my way up. I'm doing upper body sculpt today.
  • allabouttheskinny - which Firm workouts do you have? I have the new Transfirmation series with the changeable weights - and love them!

    Today is Hard Core Fusion day!
  • My family is visiting, so I made myself get up early this morning to do exercise, knowing I wouldn't likely have the time or inclination to do it later. Popped in Cardio Overdrive and did the express workout.
  • I have the Transfirmation videos, but I'm so out of rythm that I can't keep up! I'm always 30 seconds behind the skinny b**** on the video!! I told my husband, and he laughed at me. Then he did it. Tough Army guy who runs 4 miles 4x week couldn't keep up either!!! LOL i'm such a dork

  • Maggie - I know what you mean LOL. I felt so uncoordinated at first. I am really getting the hang of it now, though. It certainly gets easier.
  • Today I did Hi Def Sculpt. I love this one!

    I just got a catalog from Collage video today. I am thinking of getting some other Firm workouts from there.
  • I did a tranfirmer workout yesterday. I failed all around since it was my first with that opne
  • I might go check out Kmart for the Transfirmer. Maybe as my reward for when I get into the 150s.

    Did Cardio Overdrive today. I think Allison is my favorite instructor. Her cues are so good.
  • I have had nothing but health issues in my house the last three weeks. Between flu and punomonia. I also had to take my 13 yr old daughter to a pediatric cardiologist last week. So needless to say I have not been sticking to my 5 days a week. I did two workouts last week and once this week. I will do cardio overdrive today. No matter what. I have been sticking to my diet though. Seems like the only thing I can control these days.
    Good thing is is that I have not lost anything else, but I have not gained.
    Here's to hope. Hope, that I can get back on track. I want this so bad, but am never ready for life's bumps.
  • Gwen - I don't think anyone is really ready for life's bumps - it's what you do afterwards that counts.
    Get yourself better and ease back into workouts.
  • Did Cardio Overdrive, and am so happy that I did. It was only the 25 min one because my 1 yr old is teething and so he is not napping all that well. But hey, at least its something!
