Hiya, new here! =) I've just started losing weight, but I was curious about something...I noticed that one of the posters here (I forgot her name...goodness. I suck with names!) who mentioned that she always thought she had a large body frame, but as she started losing weight, it turned out her frame was actually tiny!
I guess what I'm leading into is this question: How do you know if you really have a small body frame underneath all the bulk you have? How can you figure it out? The reason why I'm asking this is because I always thought I had a large body frame, but now I'm not so sure. I've been overweight since I was roughly 12 years old, and well, I'm a very short person and the like.
My mother has a very small body frame on her....although my dad's family is half Irish, so they tend to be a bit more robust. I don't know how I can figure it out, though, save for losing all the weight I need to lose.
Is there any way you can possibly find out in advance?

And I'm definitely small-framed. Who would have thunk it??
