who has the best food and the best for you?

money really isn't the issue. i just dont know which one tastes better!!!

I am doing Nutrisystem and I like the food. It is not gourmet and there are things that I don't care for but I just will not order them again. I heard that Jenny has good food (many say much better than NS) but it is more expensive (NS has more specials and the buddy bucks) and from what I have read NS has better food than Medifast. Health wise I have no idea. No matter which plan you use it is processed prepackaged food which is not the best thing you could eat but it could be a lot worse
