I wanted to introduce myself.. I just joined about 5 minutes ago and you guys look like fun, so I'm going to jump right in!
I'm 22 and have always been a little bit heavier, but I gained a lot of weight the first couple years of college. I've managed to lose some of it, but I've hit a wall and I've even gained some back since the holidays -- so its time to get to work. I'm currently somewhere around 205, and ideally would be around 155-165. Any starter tips you want to throw my way would be great, otherwise I'll just wander around the forums for a while!
Just keep wandering, reading, absorbing. Hopefully, some kind of a plan (either your own or someone else's) will start to take shape (no pun intended, lol) in your thinking, based on what you feel you can handle, and you'll kind of have a starting point. Don't try to change too much at once. Think about little changes. They add up...or this case, subtract down.
