Default Daily Plate fitness question

Hey all you Daily Plate users out there.

I joined and entered all my food intake and "fitness" which included 8 hours of work at my office - which really describes less than what I do (all well), washing dishes, cooking dinner etc.

After eating 1240 cals throughout the day... and entering my fitness it shows that I have burned 700 something calories more than what I had consumed over the day.

Do you think this is accurate? It just seems odd LOL.

I believe when you set up your dailyplate...that you are to set a "pace" for your daily regimen..i.e. sitting at a desk at work, moderate exercise..you know, the stuff you get in just for living your life....so I would not include the above in that...only separate work outs...check it out under your profile or account setup...

It does seem a bit high, but not impossible if you have only eaten 1240 cals. I'd check your setup as well, as the previous poster suggested.

I like to take Daily Plate with a huge grain of salt, and not even look at what they say happens with the calories burned.

I never enter in anything that I do everyday. (like work, or housework) only my gym time. and even then, I am careful because they do seem to run a bit high.
