Smile Brand New

Hi,

My name is Heather and my story is not far off from anyone else. I'm 26. I have 2 beautiful daughters...they are 16months apart....so pretty much I've been pregnant for 2 yrs. Once my youngest was born...I was left with 273lbs of fat and yuckiness....and a million pounds of self-hatred.

My husband went on deployment when kelsea was 5 weeks. I've had 2 plastic surgeries and I've gone from 273 to 218. But now I'm STUCK!My husband comes home in a few weeks and I can't seem to get on a diet I enjoy...AND I feel like all I want to do is eat! And not the good stuff....really chow down!

I was thinking about the fluidity bar....maybe that would help....has anyone found any kind of exercise program they really enjoy?

Thanks

Heather, I moved your post into its own thread to be sure that it doesn't get overlooked.

Welcome! And congratulations on your great loss!

What eating plan has worked for you in the past? Have you ever tried calorie counting? It's flexible and let's you eat when and what you like (in controlled portions, of course!)

I don't have any experience with the fluidity bar, but you could post in the Exercise forum and maybe we have members who might be able to help you out.

We're glad you found us here and hope to be hearing lots more from you!

Hey Heather!

I know how you feel! I am 255 now, and miserable. Congrats on your weight loss! I am doing the Weight Watcher's point system now, it's extremely easy, and you get to eat whatever you want!..

Using Fitday along with the points is also a big help. You should try it, and if so let us know how it goes for you! Good luck, girl. You can do it!

oh yeah and by the way...

Have you ever tried Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds workouts? They are easy and fun, they are a really good way of breaking a sweat and not killing yourself in the process.

Ladies,

Thanks for your support! I can really use it...this has just been a week of binge eating! I lost 65lbs in college using the slim fast and going to the gym. my problem is I can't eat....I tried weight watchers....have just fallen off the wagon on nutrisystem but am about to start the Revival diet.....it's a shake and bar based diet. I have less than zero willpower and when forced to "make" or put together or portion out or count food....I fall off that wagon. Oh, if you want to know more about the revival diet...the cover of this weeks Women's world...where this woman lost 421lbs on it.....!!!

I'm really interested in the exercise portion. i've got a few weeks before I can hit the gym again...(husband will be home then and can watch the kids)...but I'd like to lose 18lbs before he comes home...any advice
