Gosh, that is a crazy schedule! You're going to have to do some major planning to keep your eating on-plan, but the good thing is, you CAN do this!
One strategy that might be great for you would be cooking in batches in the free time you do have...so, let's say you have Saturday free, you'd cook several meals in big batches and portion them out individually. That way, when you are running around like crazy the rest of the week, you have healthy, on plan food at hand.
