Default 12 Week Challenge - Week 8 - Jan. 28 thru Feb 3rd

OK - So I'm "just a bit sloooow" on the posting

Kena - you had a great posting this week on Thin4life...

Trying to keep within range

That has definitely been a tough one for me and maybe some of you other gettes???

So what can help us focus on keeping within range today? tomorrow? this week? What's going to work for you?

UPDATE: Now if this isn't a coincidence... guess what the Weekly WW topic is about? Keeping within your range and tracking! -- My WW leader compared it to preparing your taxes!

First you prepare or PLAN ... second you itemize - TRACK ... third full disclosure - yup, list all those BLT's... fourth list Assets - POSITIVE REENFORCEMENT ... fifth Invest - EXERCISE and BANK POINTS ... and sixth get a tax Return - LOSE or MAINTAIN WEIGHT.

The truth is that is soooooo hard to stay on track when winter has so cruelly set in! It's cold and I want to comfort myself with food!!!!!!! Oh! What to do when it's minus 30 degrees outside and all I want to do is hibernate.

I am not doing myself any favours by adding that extra three or four extra points each day.

Here are numbers for last week:

Monday - 27 (no exercise)
Tuesday - 27 (20 min. run)
Wednesday - 29 (no exercise)
Thursday - 27 (25 min. run)
Friday - 26 (no exercise)
Saturday - who knows, 35ish (no exercise)
Sunday - 28 (20 no exercise)

I must go for more runs this week on the old treadmill. I really let it slip last week. I was eating like I was running 5 miles a day!

So, goal for this week is to keep under 25 points and definately run five out of seven days.

Hope everyone is well and keeping warm!

Wow! That is a meeting I can't miss! I've really been going overboard with those unrecorded BLTs lately and can't seem to stop. I know I gotta or I'll start gaining. I was lucky last week that I maintained and am not expecting much this week either. Let you know Wednesday.

Melissa, looking at your numbers I'm sure you did great! Good luck at your WI.

If my home scale is right, I might have lost a lb. or so. Cross your fingers for me. I'll let you know tonight as well.

A little late in reporting, but I'm down a pound.

Weigh in Jan 30: 147.8

I need to keep this going downward....

Great going KT! You work it girl!

Well I kind of fumbled (like the Rams hee hee) during this weekend. So...I'm weighing in today and haven't a clue what the scale will show. Will come back and update.

UPDATE: Well I know I didn't eat on program the past couple of days...but the weigh-in gods were smiling... 126.6 at weighin today.

I'm working on Challenge Week #9 and will post it later today.
