I say yes, especially if you have been eating 'clean' for some time before. Every time I eat too much unhealthy foods, the after-effects are always gross and crappy, including feeling like my kidneys are hurting (probably all the sodium, since I'm also very thirsty for hours on end) and seeing the quality of my sleep go down, down, down. Our bodies definitely prefer healthy foods, that's for sure.

Yup, I find that I definitely feel "yucky" if I haven't been making good food choices. Nothing specific, just generally yucky. Thing is, if you're used to eating that way, you're not likely to notice. But once you eat well for a while, a day or two of bad choices really make you feel like crap.

It could just be from exhausting your digestive system. I've gotten aches and pains too when I binge for several days in a row, even if the food is healthy.

too much food just plain hurts -- if the food is "junk" it usually makes me feel worse...but everyone has different tolerances/allergies/etc

On Christmas Eve, I had a few sugary squares (4 or 5 I think) and a lot more fat than I normally allow myself and the next day I felt hung over. I would imagine that its probably a similar feeling to what you are experiencing.

I know I feel like crap when I eat the "bad" stuff...I just want to sleep and sit on my butt, which just make the butt grow even bigger

I sympathise! Everytime I pig out in an evening, I wake up the next morning with a really sensitive and tender stomach area, like even the slightest poke will hurt!
