Smile Excited to introduce myself...

I guess i will start with the basics...I am 24 and exactly 5 feet tall. That means unless i weight almost double digits i am considered obese. ( actually i think i am) I currently weigh 145, my highest weight was 165. I would like to get down to 120.

Currently most of my weight settles around the belly area, so i look like short pregnant lady!!

I was so excited to find a active, weightloss support group!!!!!

( btw how do i get one of those tickers)

cant wait to get to know everyone!!!

Thank you for the welcome

I have a exercise plan, im hitting the gym several times a week, and taking Zumba three times. As far as a eating plan i dont have one, i am just going to try and watch what i eat, and make better choices. I think if i started calorie counting or other "diet" things it would be to weird because i am OCD, and i dont want any new compulsions..

Welcome, fellow newbie! Your diet and exercise plan sounds like mine (the unplan, as far as diet!) Good luck!

There are good compulsions and bad ones. Who knows? Keeping track of your own progress might be a positive way to channel your energy.
