New to the Beach, Phase 1 Day 5

  • Hello everyone! I decided that I need a change in my eating habits for the better and wanted to get healthy in time for the holidays (and my birthday)...so here I am, stepping on to the Beach for the first time! Looks like a great forum here!

    The first few days are the worst, for sure. But at this point I'm not too bad with carb cravings at all, which is wonderful. I just hope that I'll start to feel or see some results soon, because honestly I don't feel much different
  • Dflip I'm glad you stumbled accross us. It took me til the end of the first week to notice a difference and it was a big difference that I noticed. Keep at it - it's well worth it in the long run. The girls here have alot of info and support to offer so be sure to keep posting so we can follow your success.

  • Welcome to the forums! I am not currently doing South Beach but have in the past and did notice a difference in phase one as far as weight loss and energy. I agree that the first few days are the hardest but it gets easier!

  • dflip. When I first started Phase 1 it took about 8 days before I noticed a difference. Hang in there I'm sure you'll see and feel it soon.
