Hi guys! I hope everyone on here is well. I used to use 3FC to help me stay on track with my weight loss efforts, but stopped after losing a good amount of weight and feeling better about life.

Since then, my mom died (June 2005), my father died (Dec. 2006), and the aunt and grandmother I live with have had significant health hurdles. I lost 7 family members and friends in 2 years. Well, I am a full-time law student and really have finally decided that it is time to get things back in order for myself and my health and body. I hope that I can count on people from 3FC once again. This is such a great community!

Welcome back - It sounds like you have had a rough couple of years. I am sorry for all of your losses. That would have been rough for anyone to deal with.

Good for you making that decision to take back your life and get it on the path that you are wanting.

I am so gald that you found your way back to us! Take care of yourself and good luck...you can do this!

- I know you've said you've been here before - but I wanted to welcome you back. I too have found the girls here VERY helpful... more to keep me in check to not be so hard on myself - which I tend to do frequently.
