I am trying to be happy with myself by summer too Going on a cruise and want to feel good in a bathing suit... lol, don't think I have ever actually felt good in a bathing suit. WELCOME!!!!!! thanks! i really only have a stomach, so im going to start either atkins or south beach for starters im not sure which one yet, they both are pretty much the same well phase one of the south beach is so i have about 2 weeks to decide which one im going with. i went with atikins before but i stopped and i gain everything back and more, it sucked! but this time im sticking to it! lol i need to lose weight im getting so disgusted with myself its not even funny!

I have been doing the south beach way of life since may and I love it - it is easy to follow and full of differences. There is a section here for south beach and atkins so be sure to check them both out - maybe it will help with your decision
