I've have just started on Weight Watchers, after reaching my all-time high weight. I'm doing it at home.I'm 5'3" and weigh 160lbs for the time being. I had only been this heavy when I was pregnant, 5 years ago.

My "normal" weight used to be something around 140-145lbs. Right after I had my daughter, I was breastfeeding and reached amazing 127lbs (hadn't been that thin since I was a teenager). It was like a dream come true!

But because I suffer from Depression, I began taking Paroxetine (I took it for 1 1/2 years) and gained a whopping 33lbs. I quit the medication after the weight-gain, but I've never eliminated the extra pounds (or the Depression, for that matter). It's been like that for almost 3 years now.

I've made my decision to go back to being slimmer. It's about time!

Being depressed and overweight is not a good combination.
I used to see my goal as being so hard to reach, but after reading a lot of encouraging testimonials and seing so many success stories here in the forum, I'll just buckle up and go for the ride!
