hiya, im a 17 year old girl. Who's not completetly happy with how i look. But im changing that today, im aiming to lose a stone. I'll keep you updated!
I would aim for up to 2lb a week, no more or it will quickly go back on. Christmas is the bad time of course but if you plan wisely and just have one good day (ok you are allowed to see the new year in as well!!!), if you are 'good the rest of the time you will find you will not gain too much over the holiday period.
well i have bran flakes for breakfast and a piece of fruit, then salad and avocado for lunch with fruit, drinkng lots of water and having a normal tea...
im not overweight in particular, jut not very happy. Some of the weight im guessing is from my boobs, which ar unfortunately 32F! Thanks for the advice, i also go to the gym a couple of times a week.
