I'm 20, and I have about 65 pounds to loose! I haven't had any kids, so where did all this darn weight come from? Oh well, I'm excited to get some support for people going through the same things as me. Good luck to everyone!
I walk 30 minutes a day with my dog, and I also go to the gym about 3x a week, though I have been slacking on that lately. I am very active already, my biggest battle will be food. Portion control and cutting out all those carbs!
