sooo, for a week now the scale has read 178/179. Which means according to BMI charts, I'm officially no longer obese!!!

Congratulations, it is such a great feeling to get out of the ‘obese’ bracket. I got out of that bracket about a month ago and it was such a great relief. It felt like I was saying good bye to so many potential illnesses, aches, pains, and ridicule. Of course now I need to get out of the over weight bracket to really be healthy.
