I haven't reached it yet! I have lost 4 pounds but have only been doing this for a week. Anyway, I get a little discouraged at times because I am trying to eat healthy without gimmicks and lose it and I know when I went on the "gimmicky" slim fast before I dropped 10 pounds the first week--- I wish healthy eating dropped the pounds that fast.
I keep my self going by saying "I didn't reach 250 overnight either"
I think it all depends on where we were at when you started. If you have never dieted before, and weren't accustomed to drinking a lot of water, you'd probably lose it the first week. If you're used to drinking a lot and have just fallen off the wagon or something, it might take awhile.
