  • Oh sure, I have my best week in three months and nobody starts a thread!

    5.6 Pounds this week. Not sure where that came from. I've been losing 2.5 a week pretty steadily and all of a sudden, 5.6. No TOM issues, no extra working out, ate the same as always and all of a sudden the body drops a big amount. Go figure.

    Hope it was a good week for everybody.

    I weighed in this am at 259.8 I am offically out of the 260's and am estatic about it. It's my TOM too, so I was surprised to be down another 3 lbs. There were times when I wanted to stuff my face this weekend too, but I knew it would only make me feel worse than I already did. It's a new week and I"m feeling great about it.

    Who CARES where it came from??? Just be thrilled ( and I know that you are) that it DID come!!! Congrats girl. You're on FIRE!! I'm sure you'd LIKE to figure out where the heck it came from, but the body is a funny (odd) thing. Sometimes there's just no rhyme, no reason. Nevertheless - ENJOY it. You deserve it. You are *this* close to ONEderland. So exciting!!!

    You are sooo close to Onederland! Congrats on your loss!
  • Oh, and I'm down 4 lbs this week.

    I am at 224, which is where I stopped losing last time. I had a severe bout of depression and just...lost it. Once I hit 223, I will be at my lowest adult weight...ever.
    I'm strong, and I will do this.
  • Robin - I have watched your tremendously efficient progress with a great deal of admiration (and a twinge of envy). Onederland is just around the corner - and you have earned it in record time due to your hard work and consistency. Can't wait to celebrate it with you!

    Cassie - Oooohhh.. What a huge milestone you're approaching! It will be so wonderful to watch you blow through your previous roadblock.

    BornToFly - Sounds like you had a great week as well. The weekends are the toughest for me (and a lot of others on the board), so congrats for conquering one and enjoying the reward!

    I'm down 4 this week. Still trying to recover from two weeks of huge gains, so I'm very happy to finally be going back in the right direction.
  • I am down 3 lbs this week...even after the sugar cookie incident - both of them - so I am thrilled.
  • Thanks everybody. Today's weigh-in sure made it easier to get myself to the gym this morning.
  • Stayed the same... again. Need to tweak my exercise a little. I'm adding weights.

    I am down 3 lbs this week, I don't know why or how? I had one really bad day and then slowly got better, but I still seem to be loosing. I think this having a bad day and still loosing is giving my mind permission to keep doing it. I have got to stop!!

  • HI folks.....I am down three pounds from the last time I weighed. I am so, so grateful. One week I was on vacation. It's the first time in my life that I ever lost weight where a vacation was involved. I made healthful choices and ate one bite of anything I wanted.
  • Lost 4lbs this week.
  • Didn't post on Monday...can't remember why. I'm still the same. I'm starting to think I'm plateauing...and I'm ok with that for now. I'm scared to mess with anything until I make it through the holidays. Then I'll start trying to shake things up.

    whoa! 231.8??? where'd that come from? Can scales be wrong? I stepped on it again and it said 231.4

    I've been 234 all week. Last friday was 234.8 lbs (written on my calendar).

    Can this be wrong?

    Lets see. I was lazy yesterday and didn't do anything (still not feeling 100%).
    I ate a bowl of cereal in the morning (frosted flakes and 2% milk, nothing else in house... gotta go shopping). Coffee with 2 cream 2 sugars (take away my coffee and you die!)

    I didn't have anything to snack on so drank green tea

    half a turkey sandwich for lunch, a small (80 cal) bag of doritos and juice for lunch. I couldn't eat the rest of the turk sandwich, made me feel ill.

    Another green tea for midafternoon snack

    A bowl of beany weeny casserole for supper (beans and weiners) with two slices of toast.

    Another green tea.

    I've really started liking green tea!!!! I just feel so... nice inside when I drink it. Could it be making me lose water weight only instead of actually weight? Maybe that's why I'm lower so fast??

    TOM starts next week, I should be bloated all to hades right now

    So it look like I've lost around 3 lbs as well.

  • I only lost 1, but people finally started noticing, so that's nice. I haven't worked out since Monday, maybe that's a good idea...
