should i eat less now...

  • i have been losing weight consistently now, about 1lb a week for a good while... and its been slowing down... does that mean i should starting less?
  • Where are your calories now?

    You might want to increase your exercise instead, depending.
  • You are getting close to goal, those last few pounds always seem hard to lose. Keep on what you are doing the rest will come off.
  • I wouldn't try to change anything, except that if you're working out and trying to build muscle, you'll probably need more protein in the mix. That doesn't mean cutting or raising calories--just altering the percentage of nutrients.

    You're in the "normal BMI" range now, and your target weight would still be in the normal range--so it might take a little while to get there.

    If things stall, then you could try dropping by 100 cals a day and see where that takes you.
