Hello me too! Looking to lose 75 to 85 pounds. I did it before then had two orthodedic injurues in a row running around doing dog agility. Laid around feeling sorry for myself and watchig the food network in between hobbling out to the kitchen to cook and eat and gained it all back.
Here we go again...............
Tried a whole grain healthy fat portion control diet..... not the way to go for me left me bloated and miserable and full of cravings. I firmly believe we are all individuals so it is back to Dr. A for me. Just a few days and I feel better already. Funny how the body works. I'm not a fanatic though so whatever floats your boat I'll stand behind you or I should say I'll SIT behind you (don't want to rock the boat!!) and I'll even help your row!
Hey how many calories does rowing burn.. hummm.....
I am looking for a low carb/low gylcemic forum though.
