Default Any other SAHM's?

Any others here besides me?! I would love to talk to you and see what your weight loss challenges are. I know that personally being at home can be a curse because anytime I want I can just go to the fridge and eat something. When I get bored I eat and that is hard for me. I have recently stocked up my fridge with healthy snacks and if I get the urge to eat I just grab some carrots or some fruit and so far that has really helped curb my cravings!

Me! Me! Me!
I am SAHM...my kids are 10,8 and 6 but I babysit a 2 year old 3x a week. I agree, having food available all the time is tough. I TRY not to buy stuff I can't have in the house (cookies, chocolate ice cream, etc.) because I'm the type that if I know it's there, I HAVE to eat it.
I've been trying to go to the Y, I'm lucky enough to be a member and the kid I babysit is a member too.
I also try to walk with another SAHM in the neighborhood.
Good luck!
I'm always here to talk!

I am a SAHM but babysit and work on the PC at night as an order entry agent. SOOOOO...my biggest problem right now is forcing myself to work out before everyone gets up or arrives...cuz other than 5 am....I really find it hard to squeeze in. My other downfall is chocolate....but if its here it is my fault cuz I do the groceries LOL......I am gonna have to start over on Monday after what I ate yesterday!

One thing I find hard is that being a SAHM I don't have a set schedule and am up weird hours (I have a baby and a toddler) so I eat at different times every day. I have been fixing pretty much only healthy meals for my toddler because for one thing it is healthy for her and also then I won't be as tempted to finish her food when she is done lol. In the past if I have fixed her pizza or fish sticks or something I will just snack on what she doesn't eat even if I am not hungry. The only snacks I allow her to eat now inbetween meals are fruit (apples, grapes, oranges, bananas,) carrots, celery w/pb, or goldfish crackers.
